Rank | Team | Reason |
---|---|---|
| Kentucky | Should be the unanimous #1 this week. |
| Duke | Amazing comeback, I was about to give up on Duke. The toughest team to rank, 3 Top 10's Ws and 3 Ls. |
| Virginia | Can't believe they gave up that comeback to Duke. Only impressive win (for a top 5) is Notre Dame. |
| Gonzaga | #2-4 is so hard to rank, Virginia has one more good win. |
| Arizona | Other than Kentucky, had a rare normal week in the top 5. |
| Louisville | Tough win over North Carolina, but they're a very solid team. Probably the best three losses in CBB. |
| Notre Dame | Beat Duke then lose to Pitt... Hmm... |
| Kansas | Tied for most top 50 wins with Kentucky, better quality too. |
| Villanova | This was their "bye week" everything is tougher from here. |
| Wisconsin | WTF, Rutgers? By far the worst loss from a top 10 team. Only one remotely close is Arizona loss to UNLV. |
| West Virginia | |
| Maryland | |
| Iowa State | |
| Northern Iowa | Picked up their first top 25 win over Wichita State. |
| Utah | |
| North Carolina | Split with Louisville in two close games. |
| Baylor | |
| VCU | |
| Wichita State | I was really hoping UNI would be your time to prove yourselves with a good win. Instead lost by 16. |
| Georgetown | |
| Ohio State | |
| Colorado State | Sorry CSU, due to SoS you really can't be losing games. You have just one top 75 win. |
| Arkansas | |
| Butler | Was #34, running out of teams on my list... |
| Oklahoma | Was ranked #31 in my poll last week, moved up due to attrition. |
