2	Louisville	some ridiculous movements after a ridiculous week of college basketball. resumes are being built right now. =
3	Maryland	good wins against decent teams in temple and harvard, and a dominant win against marquette +3
4	Ohio State	+1
5	Virginia	it's really hard call this team elite with its offense, but its defense is making it possible -1
6	Kansas	Tier 2- big week in maui for the jayhawks, with a win in a great game vs dayton. +2
7	San Diego State	haven't looked bad in a game and they've been playing increasingly impressive opponents. hot take but i like what ive seen +14
8	North Carolina	even with the loss to michigan, they hold their ground with a win against oregon +1
9	Gonzaga	Won against oregon, but a blowout loss to michigan is a rough one. these three teams are exciting to watch -2
10	Oregon	even with a 2 loss week, the ducks proved that they belong after a win against seton hall and two close losses against unc and the zags -2
11	Auburn	Tier 3- here we have teams that don't really belong this high but probably don't deserve to be any lower. +9
12	Michigan State	Their loss wouldn't look nearly as bad if it weren't for virginia tech collapsing immediately after -9
13	Duke	I mean come on. you can't lose to stephen f austin at home and expect to stay ranked high. didnt look great against winthrop either -12
14	Arizona	didn't look great against pepperdine or penn, but closing games is important and wins are wins =
15	Dayton	Tier 4- went to maui and went 2-1 with their one loss coming to kansas. this team should be good. NR
16	Memphis	beat a decent NCST team. +2
17	Arkansas	not playing great offensively but its never easy to go on the road and win in OT. +5
18	Baylor	didn't play this week :[ -2
19	Kentucky	they haven't looked like the same team since their loss to evansville, who promptly collapsed after knocking off kentucky -2
20	Oklahoma State	Tier 5- played an almost perfect game against ole miss. +6
21	West Virginia	WVU has a bunch of decent wins and bob huggins can always lead a team. +8
22	Colorado	+1
23	Seton Hall	don't have bad losses but their wins are borderline at best. the closeness of their losses is keeping them ranked -11
24	DePaul	+1
25	Florida State	tennessee, saint mary's, butler, utah state, Penn state, Indiana, Xavier, Temple, Villanova, Liberty round out top 35
