University of Kentucky Logo Kentucky Continues to impress. Weren't phased at all when a ranked Arkansas squad came to Lexington.
University of Virginia Logo Virginia The Cavaliers put on two really solid performances this week.
Villanova University Logo Villanova I've had 'Nova and Duke in a tie for 3rd. This week, I thought the Wildcats looked great in wins over Providence and at Xavier.
Duke University Logo Duke Survived an overtime scare at Va Tech, then took it to Syracuse yesterday.
University of Arizona Logo Arizona 'Zona makes a return to my Top-5 after winning two solid road games....especially the one at Utah on Saturday.
University of Wisconsin-Madison Logo Wisconsin Suffered a road loss at Maryland, but rebounded to beat Sparty and clinch a share of the Big Ten regular season title.
University of Notre Dame Logo Notre Dame "WTF, you moved Notre Dame up despite losing?" Normally, I'd drop the Irish a couple spots here, but we had a lot of teams behind ND lose.
Gonzaga University Logo Gonzaga That win Thursday really had me thinking Gonzaga was starting to look like a solid Top-5 team, but BYU brought that to a crashing halt.
University of Kansas Logo Kansas Lost a rival K-State on Monday, but beat a good Texas team this weekend. Still like the Jayhawks as a Top-10 program.
Wichita State University Logo Wichita State The Shockers got their revenge on UNI this weekend. Now, can WSU cement their place atop the Missouri Valley?
University of Utah Logo Utah Utes lost a prime opportunity to cement themselves in the Top-10. As it is, this team is still in good shape.
Baylor University Logo Baylor Bears nab two wins over ranked opponents this week to get a nice jump in the rankings.
University of Maryland, College Park Logo Maryland Maryland's a big mover in my poll (+9), partly due to a big win over Wisconsin but also because I may have had them a little low previously.
Iowa State University Logo Iowa State Lost twice, first to Baylor then at K-State (big week for the Wildcats).
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Logo North Carolina Lost to an in-state rival (NC State) but took down Miami later on to salvage a split this week.
University of Oklahoma Logo Oklahoma Only one game this week....a win over TCU, so the Sooners hold serve.
University of Northern Iowa Logo Northern Iowa Avenged a loss to Evansville, but then slipped up in Wichita this weekend. UNI can look forward to a potential rematch in the MVC tourney.
University of Louisville Logo Louisville I won't knock Louisville for winning two road games (impressive for any team), but I'm not sure just how good they are now.
University of Arkansas Logo Arkansas Split, but lost at #1 Kentucky. That's about as quality of a loss as you can get. For now, Arkansas drops just 1 spot.
Brigham Young University Logo BYU Fresh off the win at Gonzaga, BYU catapults themselves back into the rankings.
Ohio State University Logo Ohio State Quietly put away Nebraska, then showed some toughness in closing out Purdue on Sunday night.
West Virginia University Logo West Virginia Lost at Baylor to drop a few spots. After being wildly unpredictable for most of the season, WVU seems to have found some consistency.
Murray State University Logo Murray State With two wins this past week, the Racers closed out the regular season with a 24-game winning streak.
St. John's University Logo St. John's Won a couple Big East games this week to sneak back into the poll this week.
Butler University Logo Butler St. John's comments fit for Butler as well. Just give SJU the slight nod over the Bulldogs at the moment.
