12	Illinois	(-) After a great comeback win vs NW, Illinois lost at home to Maryland. Lots of teams in this range lost though, so they stay put at 12.
13	West Virginia	(+2) After a road win over OKST and a close road loss to Texas, WVU had an OK week and move up after other teams had much worse ones.
14	Texas Tech	(+6) TTU handled both of their games vs. Kansas St and Iowa St, and move up after other teams not handling their games.
15	St. Louis	(+3) SLU was idle once again, but move up thanks to losses.
16	Ohio State	(NR) Ohio State completed their sweep of Rutgers this week, putting the team at 9-3 and top 20 worthy.
17	Clemson	(+4) Clemson squeaked out over NC State, keeping their recent win streak alive.
18	Oregon	(-1) Oregon lost to Colorado, a good team, but won't move down far. This is still a top 20 team who lost for the first time in 10 games.
19	Louisville	(NR) Louisville is 8-1, most recently picking up a win over Virginia Tech.
20	Minnesota	(-6) Minnesota got killed on the road twice, but are still 10-4 with a pretty front-loaded conference schedule.
21	Oklahoma State	(-3) A three point loss to WVU shouldn't drop OKST too far. Their sub .500 conference record shouldn't last much longer.
22	Florida State	-
23	Missouri	(-7) Not a great loss for Missouri, losing to Miss. St by 15. They should stay top 25 but losing 2 of their last 3 may be worrying.
24	Virginia	(-) [DROPPED: 13. Rutgers, 25. Arizona]
25	Virginia Tech	(-2) Virginia Tech should and will stay ranked after a 2-point loss to Louisville on the road.
