16	Houston	Have been consistent, expecting them to rise over the season as per usual
17	Arkansas	Moody is a loss, but I think the razorbacks could still be a solid team this year
18	Tennessee	I have a good feeling about the Vols this year and expect them to spoil at least one team in the tournament
19	Auburn	Have been consistent the last few years and expect them to continue to be so
20	UConn	Bouknight was a definite loss, but I think UConn will still be consistent
21	Maryland	A fairly young team last year who made it farther than most other big ten teams in the tournament
22	USC	Looked solid at the end of last year, should be solid again
23	Florida State	I think FSU will start off the season strong, but struggle once conference play begins
24	North Carolina	Returning most everyone, bacot is the only stand out though
