Rank | Team | Reason |
---|---|---|
| Michigan State | Impressive wins, still undefeated. |
| Villanova | Very excited for the Oklahoma/Nova game tonight |
| Kansas | Only loss to the current #1 team. Looked good in all other games |
| Kentucky | Head scratching loss, but UCLA played well. |
| Iowa State | Haven't watched Iowa State yet, but they will have plenty of chances of moving up on conference play |
| Oklahoma | Basically, I feel like 2-6 is a crap shoot this week. Oklahoma could be the best team in the country. |
| North Carolina | UNC/Maryland was terrific. North Carolina looks pretty good with Paige back. |
| Maryland | Tough loss, but still a good team. Should make noise in the B1G |
| Purdue | I love this Purdue team. |
| Xavier | Xavier has been. DESTROYING. people. Excited for the Cincy matchup later this week |
| Duke | Duke doesn't play anyone except Utah before the ACC season. Should be a good on to watch, but I'm not sold until then |
| Virginia | Tremendous tests the next two weeks for UVa. WVU, Villinova and Cal all will be tough |
| Arizona | Impressive win against Gonzaga, who I'm afraid everyone is really overrating this year |
| Vanderbilt | Tough loss, but it's a road loss to a top 25 team. No shame in that. Only other loss is to Kansas. |
| West Virginia | Devin Williams and co. will be tested on Tuesday night against Virginia in MSG. |
| Gonzaga | Wiljter was unbelievable in the first half against Arizona. |
| Providence | Bentil's tip in was crazy |
| Miami (FL) | |
| SMU | |
| Syracuse | |
| Baylor | |
| Georgetown | Radford game aside, this is a terrific Georgetown side. |
| UNLV | I feel like the Runnin' Rebels should be getting more attention. Easy coast bias perhaps |
| Oregon | |
| Texas A&M |
