1a) Was going back and forth between Kansas and MSU as they are playing the best basketball. Kansas has the edge due to winning the B12. |

Michigan State
|
1b) MSU I think is the best team in the country. They beat Kansas on a nuetral court and will jump them if they win the B1G Tourney. |

Virginia
|
Huge win against UL. They could arguably be anywhere 1-3 but my opinion is that Kansas and MSU are ahead of them at the moment. |

|
They don't have a bad loss and play solid basketball. |

North Carolina
|
Extremely talented and won the ACC outright which is impressive. Shooting is holding them back from the top level. |

They are hot right now and finishing #2 in the Big 12 gives them the edge over other teams.. |

|
Don't have a good feel on this team. #7 seems right as I am not as high on the Big East as some other conferences. |

This team is on fire watch out. |

Very good team. Won a competitive and balanced P12 I could justify them as high as #6. |

Trending down still. Yes they went 2-0 this week but that included an unimpressive win against TCU. |

Tough loss to VT this week drops them in my rankings. |

Won 7 in a row in the Pac-12. |

|
Took care of business at home against Wisconsin. They have the best frontcourt in the NCAA. |

20 pt loss to an elite Virginia team drops them a few spots. |

The Cal win was impressive and moves them up in the polls. |

|
Trending down but can't penalize them too much for losing at Assembly Hall. |

|
While I think Kentucky is the more dangerous team I give TAMU the edge because of the H2H win. |

Good showing against UNC. Very thin up front. They cannot continue to be out rebounded like in the UNC game. |

Couldn't beat IU at home but took care of business on the road against an injured UM team. #20 feels right. |

#4 in a strong ACC. The 10 losses are holding them back though. |

One of the hottest teams in the country. Losing a close game at Arizona doesn't drop them that much in my books. |
