Rank | Team | Reason |
---|---|---|
| Villanova | This is a team that deserved to catch some flak for their early exits. So Nova responded with one of the more memorable runs of the decade |
| North Carolina | Now bring the hammer down |
| Kansas | Typically successful Kansas season. Too bad Old Man Ellis didn't get a title, but at least we got Uncle Anthony |
| Virginia | I feel really bad for my slow bro's, they have had such a terrific run but only disappointment in March. Can't wait tosee Nichols next year |
| Oklahoma | If Oklahoma played Villanova a thousand times, there's no way that margin is ever repeated. Buddy and the Sooners were awesome this year |
| Michigan State | Sparty...I just...fuck you as a rival, but damn I feel bad for Valentine & Costello. Fuck those guys, but I respect them |
| Oregon | This past season was a real triumph for the program |
| Miami (FL) | Jim Larranaga is a great coach, and he's done a great job at Miami. The success will continue |
| Indiana | We knew Yogi was a legend already, but we didn't know Indiana could play a two-way game so well. Will it continue? Either way great season |
| Xavier | Very impressive season for the Musketeers, and they are going to be very good again next year. SadBillMurray.jpg |
| Utah | Aside from a couple bad moments (the ending @ Corvallis, the drubbing by Gonzaga), that was a fantastic year for Utah. Larry K doing well |
| West Virginia | The Mountaineers exceeded every expectation last year, but wow, their last two NCAA tournament losses have been fucking disasters |
| Texas A&M | It took a collapse the likes of which we have rarely seen, but this was the breakout season people had hoped for in College Station |
| Iowa State | Not the earth-shattering season that it might have been without The Mayor, but still another great season for Iowa St |
| Louisville | Louisville proved me wrong for doubting them in the preseason. This team would have advanced in March, but cowards sacrificed the season |
| Duke | Fuck you, Grayson Allen |
| Maryland | It was a very good season for Maryland, and they're re-establishing themselves as a power. But it should've been a lot more in 2015-16 |
| Notre Dame | Tough team to read for much of the season, but the veteran leadership stepped up and they had a great run in March. Nigel got fucking fouled |
| Kentucky | Not quite up to the standard of some previous Cal Kentucky teams, but still a strong year. Ulis will be missed, he was incredible |
| Purdue | A team that was simply way, way too top heavy with bigs and wings. Failed to address the ballhandling issue all year. Still a strong season |
| Baylor | Baylor had some high highs, and some low lows. This pretty much seems par for the course under Scott Drew |
| Syracuse | This team should not have been allowed in the field, but they figured it all out for a couple of amazing performances. Syracuse laughs last |
| Wisconsin | We were not a good team until halfway through the conference season. This team is tough-minded and fun. Can't wait for 2016-17, On Wisconsin |
| Gonzaga | Gonzaga was a disappointment until March. March is usually good for the Zags |
| Stephen F. Austin | It will be interesting to see how SFA fares post-Underwood, but it's been a fantastic run. They should've gone to the Sweet 16 |
