5 Baylor University Logo Baylor A neutral win against a top 10 team and two home wins against borderline top 25 teams. Is this really the best resume? I'm not so sure.
6 University of Kentucky Logo Kentucky Good bounceback win against Valpo. I'm excited to see UK take on UNC to find out if they belong in that top tier.
7 University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Logo North Carolina Looked pretty rough against Tennessee at home in what should have been an easy win even without Berry. Dropped out of top tier as a result.
8 Indiana University Bloomington Logo Indiana Nothing new here - how will Indiana look against Butler this coming weekend?
9 Gonzaga University Logo Gonzaga Continuing to take care of business against Washington and Akron. Gonzaga looks to be the clear favorite in the WCC now.
10 West Virginia University Logo West Virginia How will they look against a team with multiple quality ballhandlers? We haven't seen it yet and won't until Big 12 play.

13 University of Wisconsin-Madison Logo Wisconsin Good win at Marquette. But is Marquette any good? Not a win that moves the needle for me.

15 Butler University Logo Butler Home win against Cincy was good, but there is a decent gap between Creighton and Butler at this point.
16 Purdue University Logo Purdue The lopsided win against ASU is enough to jump Purdue ahead of South Carolina for me. Not higher though.

18 University of Notre Dame Logo Notre Dame I actually had Notre Dame unranked last week because I wanted to see them perform against a quality opponent.
19 University of Oregon Logo Oregon Still somewhat speculative. But really - who deserves to be up here anyway? Slim pickings.

21 University of Cincinnati Logo Cincinnati Tough loss to Butler, but this is still a Top 25 team. That Rhode Island loss is looking worse though
22 University of Arizona Logo Arizona They didn't do anything to earn their way back in, but so many other teams faltered that here they are.
23 University of Southern California Logo USC New to my Top 25 this week - which is funny since they had an off-week. Jumped a handful of teams that lost.
24 Saint Mary's College of California Logo Saint Mary's Manhandled by UT-A at home. That was rough. But I still think this is a top 25 team with great upside, particularly offensively.
25 University of Florida Logo Florida Loss at FSU isn't great, but isn't an automatic exit from the Top 25. Let's see what this team looks like with some home games, though.
