1 Villanova University Logo Villanova (+1) They demolished Temple on the road, I'm jumping on the Nova at #1 bandwagon a week late but they convinced me.
2 Michigan State University Logo Michigan State (-1) 1-B to Nova's 1-A. Let Oakland hang around for 35 minutes. If I could have two teams at #1 I would.
3 Duke University Logo Duke (+2) Didn't play this week, I think putting them behind Miami last week was a mistake on my part.
4 University of Miami (Florida) Logo Miami (FL) (-) Took care of George Mason on the road. Don't have ASU's resume but I think they are the better team.
5 Arizona State University Logo Arizona State (+1) Started slow against Vandy, ended up blowing them out. I'm not 100% sold on this being a top 5 team but their resume is top 5 for sure.
6 University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Logo North Carolina (+2) Huge road win over (21) Tennessee. Ive been hesitant to think my Heels are top 10 but they showed me a lot in Knoxville.
7 University of Kentucky Logo Kentucky (-) Played an actual team and took care of business. Outshot VT too which was one of their big question marks.
8 Texas A&M University Logo Texas A&M (+2) Feasted on a cupcake. As long as we don't see Bahamas Arizona again their loss is fine.
9 Xavier University Logo Xavier (-) Went down 20 to ETSU... somehow pulled it out but that wasn't a good sign for X.
10 Wichita State University Logo Wichita State (-7) Seems like a steep drop after losing to a fringe top 25 team at home but it wasn't really ever that close and nobody lost behind them.
11 West Virginia University Logo West Virginia (-) Blew the doors off of Wheeling Jesuit like they should have. No movement for me.
12 Gonzaga University Logo Gonzaga (-) Needed OT against North Dakota at The Kennel? Not sure what happened but I wouldn't expect it to happen much. No movement.
13 University of Kansas Logo Kansas (-) Played a tight one against Nebraska on the road, front court depth remains an issue but when they hit outside shots they are tough.
14 University of Virginia Logo Virginia (+1) Beat a decent Davidson team by 20, slowly up they go.
15 Texas Christian University Logo TCU (+2) Didn't play this week, so they remain undefeated. Almost put Purdue here for the memes.
16 Purdue University Logo Purdue (+2) Beat in state rivals Butler in a game that wasn't close. They've bounced back nicely in recent weeks.
17 Baylor University Logo Baylor (+1) Beat up on cupcakes like they should've. Still have 2 good losses.
18 University of Oklahoma Logo Oklahoma (NR) Huge road win over (3) Wichita State and it wasn't super close for most of it. Impressive win for the Sooners.
19 University of Arizona Logo Arizona (+3) Not much going on for Zona, beat New Mexico like they should have.
20 University of Cincinnati Logo Cincinnati (+5) Beat a bad Miss St. like they should've and a top 40 UCLA team on the road, their best victory to date.
21 University of Tennessee Logo Tennessee (-) Lost a game to (8) UNC in which they led for over 37 minutes. 2 losses to now (1) Nova and (6) UNC isn't bad.
22 Seton Hall University Logo Seton Hall (-8) Lost to Rutgers but I think they've got the best win and a H2H win when comparing them to Tech, so they are on spot ahead for me.
23 Texas Tech University Logo Texas Tech (+1) Beat Rice at home, I want to move them up more but just can't do it.
24 Creighton University Logo Creighton (NR) Were on the fringe of my ballot last week, Taking Florida's spot this week.
25 University of Notre Dame Logo Notre Dame (-9) I kept a 3 loss Florida team in but damn ND made it hard this week. (Considered Arkansas, Clemson, Houston, Texas, Louisville)
