6 | Purdue | Boilermakers are now on 11 game win streak. Edwards 21 against NEB. MICH and MINN this week. |
7 | Wichita State | While most Top 25 teams seemed to struggle this week, Wichita State made it look easy: wins against Houston and South FL. SECU & TSLA next |
8 | Arizona State | They made Colorado take it to OT, but they couldn't secure a win. Thankfully they closed ahead against Utah. PAC-12 after dark indeed. |
9 | Xavier | Providence took down the Musketeers, ending their 10 game win streak. They held Bluiett to 0/4 in 2nd half. VILL and CREI next. |
10 | Texas Tech | One of the strongest teams in the league right now. They are now 14-1 with recent wins against KU and then KSU. Tests: OKLA and WVU next. |
11 | Oklahoma | Young may have had 29 points, but had lowest FG, assists, and highest turnovers this season. Games don't get easier this week: TTU and TCU. |
12 | Cincinnati | They made it look a bit easier against SMU after a close win against Temple (only by 2!). USF this week. |
13 | Kansas | Bad: Kansas never led against TTU. Good: Kansas did lead against TCU. 1L, 1W this week. ISU and in-state rival KSU this week. |
14 | Seton Hall | Carrington had 29, Delgado 28/15, and Seton Hall rallied against Butler from 11 down. MARQ and GTWN are next. |
15 | Gonzaga | Williams had 30, and the Bulldogs went 17-0 for a stretch in the 2nd half to roll past LMU. PORT and SF are next. |

20 | North Carolina | It was always going to be a tough week playing against two ranked teams, but unfortunately UNC lost both (FSU, UVA). BC and ND this week. |
21 | Auburn | Welcome to the Top 25 Tigers, enjoy your stay. Ranked wins against TENN + ARK in a tough SEC while being one of a few with a single loss. |
22 | Tennessee | A loss to Auburn this week, but a strong rebound to beat UK. VAN and TAMU this week for the Volunteers. |
23 | Kentucky | They couldn't hold off the TENN rally against Schofield's 20/9 game. Aggies and VAN this week. |
24 | Creighton | With Arkansas losing and a few other teams losing as well, Creighton returns in my top 25 with good wins against GTWN. BUT/XAV next. |
25 | Florida State | Angola had 20 and FSU squeaked by UNC by a point. But then couldn't secure a win against Miami. LOU and SYR are up next. |
