5	Duke	Inexperience and a worry they'll fight for the name on the back of the jersey keeps them here.
6	Tennessee	Underrated Contender.
7	Virginia	Hey did you know that Overall #1 Virginia lost to #16 UMBC? Well they won't do that again
8	Nevada	I'm not as high as everyone else is on Nevada and will promptly be proven either wrong or right.
9	North Carolina	They are UNC. They will be good. But a competitive ACC may keep them from where they want to be in the long run.
10	Auburn	The look ready to play and compete once again.
11	Kansas State
12	Virginia Tech	I am High on VT, they've got a strong roster and I've got a gut feeling. Perfect combo.
13	Michigan State
14	West Virginia	Huggins.
15	Purdue	Will be better than their Football Team.
16	TCU
17	LSU
18	Mississippi State	Will attempt to match what their Women's team did in recent history, will get close but no cigar.
19	Michigan	Lose a lot, add a lot, will not be in a title game again but will compete for a conference championship.
20	UCLA
21	Clemson	Clemson can do great things if they execute.
22	Cincinnati	Lost a bunch of guys but I still feel good about Cinci's chances in The American.
23	Syracuse	They will either play great all year, or be supbar and make the tourney still. I'm just not sure which case will play this year.
24	Florida State	They went on a run last year, but regular season performance was lacking and not enough changes for me to think they'll do otherwise.
25	NC State	It may be complete homer bias but I think State will be even better than last year and returning Beverly, Dorn, Johnson, and added a bunch.
