Rank | Team | Reason |
---|---|---|
| Kentucky | Possibly the most individually talented team ever. |
| Arizona | Retaining lots of talent, bringing in Stanley Johnson. Miller is a solid coach. |
| Wisconsin | Much stronger on offense than past Bo Ryan teams have been. If Dekker can live up to the off season hype, they'll be scary good. |
| Duke | Duke. Coach K. Jahlil Okafor. They're definitely looking for March success this year. |
| North Carolina | I'm high on PG play and Marcus Paige will be the best in the country this year. Also good interior |
| Kansas | Probably gonna win the Big 12 again. |
| Florida | any school named after a rapper is probably good |
| Wichita State | I think they were a top 4 team last year and got placed in an unfortunate spot. Backcourt will be insane. |
| Virginia | Defense |
| Texas | Very talented team, but Rick Barnes likes to Rick Barnes things. |
| Louisville | Trezl will be a top player in the country. If Rozier plays to the hype, they'll move up fast. |
| Villanova | Returning talent, Jay Wright. |
| Gonzaga | |
| Iowa State | Hoiball |
| Oklahoma | Seem to be a popular sleeper pick. They are that good. Hield is superb. |
| SMU | Larry Brown is one of the best coaches ever. Losing Mudiay hurts, but still extremely talented. |
| UConn | Defending champs. Maybe not getting enough respect. |
| VCU | Havoc |
| San Diego State | Steve Fisher |
| Michigan State | Never underestimate Izzo. |
| Ohio State | These 4 B1G teams could go in any order. OSU has talent |
| Nebraska | Miles is doing fantastic. Petteway will be a top player in the country. |
| Iowa | Will be better than last year. Marble didn't have the leadership skills down the stretch, and they collapsed in many games. |
| Harvard | Continued success. |
| Stanford | more players than Oregon |
